Mango Mousse

Recipe: Mango Mousse

Summary: A delicious and easy to make dessert made from mangoes. A perfect dessert to have during summer.

IngredientsMango Mousse

  • Mango…. 2 nos or Mango pulp….1 can
  • Whipped cream…….. 2 cups
  • Sugar……. 1 cup
  • Gelatin….. 4 tspn
  • Water… 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Blend the mangoes in a blender and take out the pulp.
  2. Take a sauce pan and put the mango pulp in it.
  3. Add a cup of water and heat it.
  4. Now add the gelatin to it and heat for some more time till the gelatin gets dissolved. (do not boil the mixture)
  5. Put off the heat.
  6. Now add the whipped cream to the mango mixture and mix well.
  7. Add sugar only if needed.
  8. Take the mixture in a seperate bowl and keep it refrigerated for an hour.
  9. Garnish with fruits of your choice.
