  • Ripe Mangoes… 1 nos
  • Grated Coconut… 1 cup
  • Curd …. 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder…. 1/2 tspn
  • Chilli powder….. 1 tspn
  • Green chilli….. 2 nos
  • Mustard Seeds …. 1 tspn
  • Fenugreek seeds …. 1/2 tspn
  • Red chillies….. 3 nos
  • Curry Leaves…. 5-6 nos
  • Cumin Seeds …. 1 tspn
  • Oil…. 1 tbspn
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the mangoes into 1 inch big pieces.
  2. Take the mangoes in a big pan and add some water turmeric powder and chilli powder to it.
  3. Take the grated coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies and grind it into a fine paste.
  4. Now add this paste to the cooked mangoes. let it simmer for about 5-6 mins.
  5. After that, add the beaten curd to this.
  6. Add some salt and let it simmer for about 5 mins again. Turn off the heat.
  7. Take a small fry pan. Heat oil. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  8. Now add the curry leaves and the red chillies. Pour this into the ,mango curry. Mix well.
